Members who have enrolled in these plans have cited savings in premiums, decreased deductibles, and increased coverage.

The Guild provides our members with three different plans through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. Members and their families are eligible for coverage.

The updated rates(medical, prescription, dental, and vision) for the OPEIU plans have been released. *Rates are effective September 1, 2025.

Members who are eligible for Medicare Advantage Plans can expect to learn more about updated rates later this year that will take effect onJanuary 1, 2026.
