OPEIU HEALTH PLANS COVERAGE The response from PPMA members enrolled in The OPEIU Health and Welfare Plan has been overwhelmingly positive. The plan has saved members substantially on their premiums. In many cases their
coverages have increased and deductibles have decreased.
Highmark Health Plans with Prescription, Dental, and VisionPPMA members are eligible to enroll in health plans that are available through The Guild. Members can select from three fully insured health plans. All plans are through Highmark Blue Cross
Blue Shield. The Blue Cross Blue Shield "Blue Card" Plan is recognized in all 50 states and most European Countries. Care is through Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO panels and hospitals. Plans
cover PPMA members and families. Vision and dental coverage are optional for members.
