Novitas Solutions and First Coast posted the following proposed Local Coverage Determinations (LCDs) for public comment.  This is an important opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed LCDs. 

Under the proposed LCDs, the specialties listed may have a particular interest in the policy. We encourage you to share the proposed LCDs and comment before September 24, 2022.

Please note: The proposed LCDs are open for comments related to the current revisions only. Please refer to the Synopsis of Changes, Summary of Evidence and Analysis of Evidence sections for information pertinent to the revisions that are open for comment.  You may simply click on “Submit Comments” if you would like to provide comments on the Novitas proposed LCDs or send an email to comment on the First Coast proposed LCDs.

In conjunction with this public comment period, First Coast will host an Open Webinar Meeting on August 25, 2022 at 1PM ET and Novitas will host an Open Webinar Meeting on August 26, 2022, at 10AM ET to allow the public to provide feedback about the proposed LCDs. 

Open Meetings allow interested parties the opportunity to make presentations and offer comments related to the proposed LCDs.
