In observance of April's "National Foot Health Awareness Month" APMA is offering its members PR tools to educate the public about Today’s Podiatrist as "the foot and ankle expert, specially trained to treat and evaluate patients based on individual needs." The campaign will educate the public about the wide range of capabilities of Doctors of Podiatric Medicine (DPMs), with a particular emphasis on their surgical expertise.
APMA members can share these resources with other healthcare providers in an effort to enhance collaboration in patient care. Among the tools are: Sample Social Media Posts; Campaign Tip-Sheet; Feature Article; Posters to Order; and much more.
The materials feature information regarding specialties in podiatric medicine, including forefoot and rear-foot injuries, geriatrics, pediatrics, sports injuries, and more. To learn more about the campaign and its resources, click here.
