I am asking all PPMA members to take a few minutes out of their day
right now and call those Members of the Senate and House who
supported us by voting for HR 6331 into passage on July 9.
This victory is not only for podiatry, but for all medical
professions and especially the patients we serve. A simple “Thank
You” will go a long way.
APMA offers this expression for members to say (APMA Call to Action,
July 7, 2008):
“On behalf of podiatric physicians and patients, I want to
thank you for your recent vote in support of H.R. 6331. I applaud
your willingness to stand up and do what is right for our elderly
and disabled patients.”
